This Gift Certificate can be used toward a Pottery Throwdown Experience or to purchase an item of Pottery.
You may purchase multiples for a small group of up to 4 people maximum.

Vouchers are valid for 3 months and can be booked directly by using the contact page and not the booking system.
No change can be given.
Returns and Refunds
- Return Window: You have [14 / 30] days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized commissions cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.
- Damages: If your pottery arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the broken item and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
