Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ceramics. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Physical Products (Ceramics)

• Return Window: You have [14 / 30] days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Non-returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized commissions cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.

• Damages: If your pottery arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the broken item and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Pottery Throw Down Experiences (Classes)

• Cancellations: Class bookings are fully refundable up to [7 / 14] days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

• No-shows: Failure to attend a booked experience without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returning fragile ceramics.
