Hi my name is Fiona, often called Fi.

I fell in love with making pottery on the wheel about 20 years ago when I took up a ceramics night class. Well that was me hooked. I have been a caterer for my career and been lucky enough to have been self employed which allowed me to develop my creative side. Display was always important to me and I was always on the look out for nice Ceramics. Then in 2021 I decided I needed a change and within weeks Fimakes was created. I now get to make the ceramics that I used to look out for and share them with the the Home Cook. At the same time share my passion for pottery in offering Pottery Throw down Experiences in small group situations in my Home Pottery Studio, situated in the Heart of Mid Ulster.
